Our entrance is on 799 Old Cleveland Road, you'll find us next to Aroma Bakery and Snap Fitness.

We're open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

On Thursdays we're open until late: 9am to 7pm

Place an order

    The Scrypt app is just one way to get your script filled with Essence Dispensary. If you’d like to use the Scrypt app, our team must set you up on our system first.

    For the medication dispatch/dispense, our team needs to 'approve' the order first.

    Call our dispensing team on 07 3398 3420 or text 0427 537 814 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm—and until 7pm on Thursdays).

  • Transfer

    If another pharmacy previously filled your current script, we need to transfer the script. For paper-based scripts, this must be sent direct from the pharmacy or a clinic/doctor. Give us the details and we'll arrange on your behalf.

How do I place an order?

Order via app is not guaranteed until dispensary team member approves the order.  

What payment types do you accept?

  1. Cash or card for local pick-ups
  2. Secured card payment link via SMS text (preferred method) for postal orders

Postage & delivery

  • We ship/post across Australia (nationwide) at a flat-rate $8.99 express via StarTrack.
  • Free express postage for orders over $250.
  • Same-day dispatch cut-off time is 12pm (Brisbane time).
  • Tracking will be provided via text message, usually later in the afternoon.
  • All orders will be packed in boxes.

How can I find out what I've been prescribed?

  • Download the Scrypt app to get clear visibility of what you've been prescribed and is an easy way to place an order. The Scrypt app is integrated with our dispensing system to allow you to view your prescriptions from your prescriber.
  • Please note: the app does not filter expired or cancelled prescriptions – we recommend only using the app as a guide.
  • To confirm prescription details (e.g. validity, number of repeats, intervals), please contact our team.
  • The Essence Dispensary team is always here to help instore or via text, call, and email.

Do you have an online store?

  • Yes! Our online store is available click here. To purchase TGO110-compliant therapeutic vaping products, you'll need to create an account within our online shop to see and order these products. Your account must be verified by our pharmacists or pharmacy staff before you can place an order.

Pricing

  • Our pricing is competitive; we'll happily match any lower price. Please note that verification of the price may be required.

Catalogue

  • Unfortunately, due to TGA restrictions, we cannot provide a catalogue of products which are available on the market or through Essence.
  • Please talk to your prescriber or get in touch if you have any specific questions and we'll do our best to answer them.

Our independence

Essence Dispensary is completely independent. While we work alongside some great health practitioners and doctors—who you can book through our team or in-store—they’re not part of our business, and we don’t endorse or have any control over their work.

We offer our consultation room for them to use, so they can help support our customers.

Essence is all about our team: Dharni, Jay, Jeff, Jessi, Nancy, and PJ. Everything we do comes from us.
