CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Generally, we do not accept returns due to “change of mind”. Particularly for returns of any scheduled medicines and perishable goods (e.g. food, drinks, vitamins & tea).

We’ll accept returns if the item falls under our Warranty Policy or has been recalled by the TGA or manufacturer.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our returns policy gives you additional options to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Office of Fair Trading.

We’ll accept returns and refund, exchange, or repair for:

  • Faulty products or unacceptable quality, or
  • Not fit or safe for purpose, or
  • Significantly different to those shown or described to you.

WARRANTY CLAIM

We strive to make our warranty process as seamless as possible for our customers. In the unfortunately circumstances where you may have a faulty product purchased from us, please submit a warranty claim via our Warranty Claim Form with a photo and / or video (where applicable) & a brief description of the issue(s). The claim must be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase. Our team will endeavour to respond within 1 business day between Monday and Friday.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

Warranty claim must be accompanied by any of the following proof of purchase documents:

  • Original register receipt tax invoice
  • Electronic copy of tax invoice
  • Online order confirmation (applies to online store purchases only)
  • Dispensing history (please ask Pharmacy team)
