Warranty policy

If a product is faulty, Essence Dispensary may use the manufacturer’s warranty to arrange an exchange or repair, depending on whether the fault is considered minor or major under Australian Consumer Law. Please notify Essence Dispensary of the issue and return the product within 7 days of purchase.

To return a product/item:    

  • Provide our team with your purchase receipt, online invoice, or other proof of purchase. Visit, call, or email info@essencedispensary.com.au
    to arrange the return.
  • Please return it within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Ensure it hasn’t been used or damaged while in your care; is in its original packaging with all manuals, warranty card, and accessories; and/or is unopened and unused. 

Please note that Essence Dispensary isn’t liable for the delivery of goods through Australia Post or other couriers.
