Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy gives you additional options to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Office of Fair Trading.

Products

We’ll accept returns and refund, exchange, or repair for:

  • Faulty products or unacceptable quality.
  • Not fit or safe for purpose.

For refunds: you’ll be refunded the purchase cost of the product/item and any shipping/postage costs you paid to receive and/or return the product. Refunds must be made to the original payment e.g. credit card purchases must be refunded to the same credit card.

To return a product/item:    

  • Provide our team with your purchase receipt, online invoice, or other proof of purchase. Visit, call, or email info@essencedispensary.com.au
    to arrange the return.
  • Please return it within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Ensure it hasn’t been used or damaged while in your care; is in its original packaging with all manuals, warranty card, and accessories; and/or is unopened and unused. 

Please note that Essence Dispensary isn’t liable for the delivery of goods through Australia Post or other couriers.

Generally, we don’t accept returns due to “change of mind”. Particularly for returns of any scheduled items/medicines—prescribed or over the counter.

Unless faulty or unsafe, we can’t accept returns of any vitamin/health supplements, personal care products, or consumable products e.g. food and drinks.

Scheduled items/medicines

We can’t accept returns of any scheduled items/medicines—prescribed or over the counter—unless the medicine has been recalled by the TGA or manufacturer. In recall cases, our team will contact you to organise the return or replacement.
