Returns & Exchanges
Our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty information is available in the product box.
In the event the product is faulty, you are required to send the product back to us at your own expense or alternately you can return it to our store in Aspley. This needs to be done within the warranty period. We will then contact the manufacturer and seek instructions from them on how to deal with the product. You may be given a replacement product or offered a refund, but this will all depend on what the manufacturer tells us.
This process can take up to 3-4 weeks, but we will always aim to have this resolved for you sooner so your patience during this period is greatly appreciated.
